Organizational Structure through Squads
All members of PAIN Japan are now eligible to form their own squads, irregardless of how long they have been members or their location for that matter (within Japan only of course).
SQUAD REQUIREMENTS
1. Squad Name (logo optional)
2. Official BDU (preferably 2 – 1 for arid season and 1 for humid season)
3. Official AEG and sidearm (optional)
4. Location (optional)
5. Squad Vision, code of honor, etc. (optional)
Squad Leaders Duties and Responsibilities
1. Squad Leaders (the one who organized the squad not to be confused with the “team leaders” of the squad during gameplay) must keep his/her members profile for contact purposes.
2. Will be responsible for his/her member’s attitude, actions, discipline, etc. must maintain respectability at all times among his ranks.
3. Will be the contact person for game confirmations and cancellations. Must call his members for game cancellations.
4. Must enforce proper airsoft rules and regulations among his ranks.
5. And most important, must have time to attend organizational meetings.
