yup its not always the leader to discipline and watch over each and everyone...but being the team leader and knowing that a member violated the rules(not just being a zombie), it is his responsibility to lay out the disciplinary actions and not anybody else's, he may delegate the job of course but it is still clear that he is in charge, he is the one delegating the responsibilities...protocol po ang tawag jan...

and that is also one of the responsibilities delegated to squad leaders for PAIN japan (please read duties of squad leaders)... that's one of the reason why we divided into squads... to police our ranks... unless the division of squads were misunderstood....

Sir, naghihigpit kami sa rules hindi dahil gusto lang namin. Maraming kaso na ayaw nang makipaglaro ng isang team sa ibang team dahil may mga nakikita silang hindi maganda sa team na yun. Ayaw lang natin mangyari sa atin yun. Bukod pa dun, nasa japan tayo at yung team natin eh purp pinoy. Ayaw natin na makikitaan yung team natin ng hindi maganda kasi magre-reflect sa mga pinoy yun. Gusto nating ipakita na competitive tayo pero hindi tayo marumi maglaro. Hindi tayo nandadaya at masaya tayo kasama sa games.
