Access by Public Transport:
1. Go to Sagamiko station (Chuo Line)
2. At the station's bus stop, get on the #21 or #22 bus going to Mikage.
3. Get off at Picnic Land Mae bus stop (approximately 8-minute ride).

At the gate of picnicland you have to pay the 1000yen entrance ticket and wait for the shuttle to take you to the gamesite, otherwise it would be like 30mins walk to the gamesite.
